Adilaini Wata is the Operations and Finance Assistant for the Pacific Women Lead at SPC (PWL at SPC) programme, Human Rights and Social Development division. She joined SPC in March 2024 and is responsible for general administration and operational support, including logistics support for meetings, events and workshops. In addition, she supports on finance related work.  Prior to this, she has worked in private and non-governmental organisations with more than 10 years’ experience.  She studied at the Fiji National University majoring in Accounting and Economics.
