Prior to joining HRSD as Governance Adviser, he was the Political Issues Adviser and Team Leader Emergency Response Team at the Pacific Islands Forum. In the Tongan Government, he was an Assistant Chief Inspector in the Tonga Police Force and Deputy Secretary in the Department of Communications and the Prime Minister’s Office. He has postgraduate qualifications from the University of Auckland and the University of Queensland and undergraduate degrees in history and law.
