Ashley Bowe is Chief of Party for PROJECT Governance, a 5-year USAID funded programme being implemented by SPC. He joined SPC in 2018 and initially managed the Pacific Commonwealth Equality Project. He has been working in the Pacific since 2012, focusing on the establishment of National Human Rights Institutions, National Mechanisms for Implementation, Reporting and Follow-Up. He originally comes from the UK and holds a degree in Law and a Masters degree in Human Rights Law.
