Brief Information

Born in 1957 in France- close to Paris, Daniel has two different skills. After his O level in accountancy, and a diploma in Ballet with the Royal Academy of Dance – London, he joined some professional ballet companies for 20 years, touring all over the world (USA, China, France, Australia.), and holds a Diploma in PBT level 3, Diploma of State as Ballet Teacher. Later he moved on to study Control management and join the Finances Division at Toulouse Civil Hall, (to budget division and audit). He has carried out workshops at the Observatoire des Politiques Culturelles (Sciences Po) for management of cultural establishment, and was appointed by Maire to manage a big Festival for 4 years “Festival Garonne”. Daniel arrived in Noumea in 2001 as General Administrator of “Theatre de l'Ile '' – then was appointed as Director of the Cultural Centre to Mont Dore. He joined SPC in 2006 – to WorldFish, NCD, HPD (SDP) as project Assistant then Project Administrator.
