Brief Information

A Fijian National, Delvin joined the team in 2019 supporting the Pacific Commonwealth Equality Project in finance, his area of expertise. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the Fiji National University and is currently pursuing his Masters in Commerce (Accounting).
