Gloria Nema has more than 10 years’ experience working as a development practitioner focused in the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL) and Research space with donor funded programmes. Her skills specific to MEL include results-based monitoring, reporting, report writing, participatory action research and evaluation, design of MEL tools and templates, training delivery, data analysis, and some communications. 

Gloria graduated with a bachelor’s degree in PNG Studies and International Relations from the Divine Word University of Papua New Guinea. She is self-motivated, easily communicates with diverse levels of stakeholders and partners, and is a great team player.
