Jesoni Naga is the Culture Officer for Policy under the Culture for Development Programme at the Pacific Community based in its Nabua campus in Suva Fiji. He has been in the Arts and Culture space in Fiji and the region for twenty years contributing to the development of the Performing Arts industry. He has vast experience in administrative operations and coordination in Higher Education, Community outreach and social development and contextualised Pacific policy framing around diversity equity and inclusion in the workplace. Jesoni is passionate about the mainstreaming of a holistic approach to Pacific education and community engagement by integrating Pacific Arts and culture as formal pathways to higher education and the creation of more CCI institutions that will help support its growing demand.
