MEL Manager 

Kaisha is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professional, working as the MEL Manager with the Pacific Women Lead (PWL) team in HRSD. Kaisha’s work includes delivering the PWL at SPC MEL system. This includes data collection and analysis processes, report writing and facilitating reflections sessions, providing support to grant partners in capturing fit-for-purpose MEL data and providing capacity building support and training. 

Kaisha has been working in MEL and international development for around eight years, specialising in feminist evaluation techniques and transformative evaluation practice, youth movements and advocacy, capacity building and value for money.

Prior to joining SPC, Kaisha was working in a MEL consultancy based in Australia but working across the Asia-Pacific region. Kaisha has a Masters in Evaluation (University of Melbourne), Bachelors in International Studies (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) and a Diploma in Project Management (Melbourne Polytechnic).
