Kate is working on IMPACT OSS (a human rights and strategy tracking tool), supporting the establishment of National Human Rights Institutions and working with the team on the PPAC grants. 

She brings over eight years’ experience working in international aid and development across the Pacific.  She has worked for an array of bilateral and multilateral agencies including UNICEF, UNFPA, DFAT and Australia’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations.  Most recently, she worked on governance and justice programmes in Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands for Clear Horizon, an MEL and advisory consultancy in Australia.  Kate will focus on implementing the PROJECT Governance programme of activities.
