As Programme Officer for Pacific Women Lead at SPC, Mouna's role is to provide technical advice, assistance and capacity building under the Pacific Women Lead at SPC programme and support planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting at country and regional level.

Prior to joining SPC, she spent nine years working for UN Women Fiji Multi Country Office, as National Project Coordinator for the Markets for Change project, commonly known as M4C.  

She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Policy and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and Tourism from the University of the South Pacific.
