Sala previously worked at Pacific Women Shaping Pacific Development, in programme development and management. Her role at PWL includes project management, partnership brokering, programme design, through technical support to Government and CSO partners, and jointly with intergovernmental agencies in the Pacific. She works in a team of seven officers in the Programme team. She has Post Graduate qualifications in Governance and Sociology from the University of the South Pacific.
