Samantha is part of HRSD’s communication team and specifically delivers communication support for the division’s work in Governance and Institutional Strengthening, and Culture for Development. This support also extends but is not limited to regional convenings such as the Triennial Conference of Pacific Women, Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC), and the Regional Working Group on the Implementation of Domestic Violence/Family Protection Legislation (RWG). 

Prior to joining HRSD, Samantha worked as a newspaper journalist and subeditor for more than 10 years, and was communications manager of a multi-country aid-for-trade development programme. She has more than 20 years of experience working in the media, public relations, and communications fields.
