Shalotchna is one of the Finance and Grants Officer within the HRSD team. Her work includes providing Culture for Development programme support on financial reporting, monitoring, budgeting, project accounting and grants management under ACP-EU Programme (Pacific) Enhancing capacity for the sustainability of Cultural and Creative Industries in the Pacific Project. She has over 7 years’ experience in the project accounting and grant management. Prior to joining SPC, Shalotchna was with IUCN Oceania Regional Office and GIZ Pacific as an Accountant for both project and core finances. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information system and working towards completing her CPA programme.
