Brief Information

Shobna is a Finance and Administration Officer with the Pacific Community (SPC) Regional Rights Resource Team since April 2012. She brings in more than twelve years of experience around Financial Processing, Financial Management, Financial Reporting and Office Administration both within SPC and from the Corporate Sector. Further experiences and qualifications include Capacity Building, Grants Management, Budgets, Information Technology, Strategic Financial Planning and Financial Analysis, Cash Flow Management and Audit. Studied at Fiji National University and TAFE. Having to manage day to day Operations within HRSD, Shobna also leads a dynamic Finance & Admin Support team comprising of seven high level and experienced team members.
