Shonal is Senior Finance Officer with Pacific Women Lead at the Pacific Community, Human Rights and Social Development Division and is responsible for the programme’s financial management, compliance and reporting internally and externally.  He has been a part of SPC for eight years before joining PWL in 2025 and currently leads a team of amazing finance colleagues.
