Sylvia Kloulubak started her humble working experience in Guam in the year 1987 while attending the University of Guam majoring in accounting. After her 11 years in Guam she moved back to Palau. Included in her working experiences was being a teacher and later became Historic Preservation Specialist in the national government for 13 years until she took a position as a Gender Based Violence Campaign Manager for a non-profit organization. Her experiences afforded her the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds for mutual interest.
