Tua Fuata is the Operations and Administrations Officer for PWL at SPC and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative functions, including administrations and operations support to all grants and to the Pacific Girl project, and she also provides secretariat support to the PWL Governance Board. Tua has a strong finance and accounting background and has worked in different sectors: private, non-governmental organisation and diplomatic mission. Tua’s 18 years of work experience includes financial processes, financial management, donor reporting, contract managements, budget managements, human resources management and recruitment, multi-sector logistics arrangements, Health and Safety and Security Management. She studied at the University of the South Pacific focused on Accounting and Economics and also studied Leadership and Management at the Fiji National University in partnership with TAFE, New South Wales.
