Vandana Devi works as the Finance and Grants Officer within the HRSD division, contributing her knowledge to the Project Governance USAID funded project. She brings knowledge and understanding of finance with almost 12 years’ experience from within SPC.

Prior to joining the HRSD division, she worked as a Senior Finance Officer for the GEM division, overseeing financial operations for the PREP World Bank project. She ensures that policies and procedures are followed and has
skill set which includes a wide range of financial functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial reporting in accordance with donor requirements.
